This is a day that all leaders and small business owners desperately need.  This is a day where you set aside time to build and grow your business, team needs, and goals.  Sometimes we get so bogged down with daily tasks that we forget that in order to survive the crazy world of business, we need to be actively working on methods that will help us expand and find new avenues for growth.

So, take a minute right now and plan out your when your Business Development Day will be.  What would be the most beneficial thing to work on to help your organization grow?  Perhaps you could work on a new marketing campaign, design and implement new procedures, create a new product or add something onto an existing service. Or maybe you need to pay attention to your social media pages or company blog.
