Small Business: Summer Planning for Fall Profits

Using the Lazy Days of Summer to Set up for a Fantastic Fall or Winter

What is it about summer that brings on a bit of laziness?

Perhaps all those years where we got summer off from school and normal routines gave us the summer laziness mentality.  Somehow summer always seems to mean a break, a time to let up a bit and relax.

Certainly that mentality exists even though we are now hard-working, responsible business owners.  The temperature starts to climb and we find ourselves slumping a bit in our chairs and dreaming of hammocks and fruity drinks.  Even our customers and clients might be feeling a bit lazy and business as usual may start to slow down as well.

While summer will always act like summer, we can take advantage of these lazy days of summer and set up for something big for the fall and winter.

Now is the time to start planning a new product, a new service or some big launch that you can roll out as the temperatures cool and that laziness fog starts to lift.

We may indulge a bit in the lazy days of summer, but we still want to see our businesses sitting in a better place come fall then we did last year and to see see bigger growth in the last quarter than we did last year. No to mention wanting to retain and attract even more clients and customers than years previous. To do all of that, we need to take advantage of this lazy summer time and prep now to set up for these things.

I have just the program for you, Kick-Start Your Goal into a “Strategy in Action” in 30 days.

In 30 days we will focus on bringing these plan to fruition. Not only will you have gained the right tools to make sure that summer is anything but lazy for you you will still have plenty of summer left to take it easy.
